Operating both induction and gas melting furnaces and using a variety of investment and sand molding processes to provide castings for oil companies, robotics, food machine manufacturers, agricultural equipment, museums, antique restoration companies, architectural restoration projects and collectors. FDM Printing
Single and Dual Head Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers with a build volume up to 450mm x 450mm x 470mm , Layer Resolution down to 20 microns Material Compatibility; PLA, ABS, HIPS, Nylon, PC, PVA, and using Micro Swiss print heads, ruby and hardened steel print nozzles for carbon fiber, kevlar and metalized filaments.
Resin printing
Capable of printing at a layer height of 10 microns using burnout wax resin for investment casting as well as a variety of specialty resins for patterns or end use projects
CNC milling/scanning
The Roland Modela MDX-20 is a desktop scanning and milling machine that is compatible with many popular CAD software. The machine can be used to mill ABS, acrylic, wood, plaster, styrene foam, chemical wood, jeweler’s wax, and light metals such as aluminum and brass. The Modela software can accept .STL, .DXF, and .MDJ file types.
